Event Terms and Conditions

The event is organized by S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L., registered office at Strada Meșter Manole no. 4, Room 1, Block D10, Staircase 2, Floor 1, Apartment 27, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania, VAT ID 45984232, Trade Register no. J40/7371/19.04.2022 (the “Organizer”).

These terms apply to Transylvania Card Expo at Transilvania Club, Cluj-Napoca, on 9 October 2027, and form part of every visitor ticket or vendor table booking. A booking contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed.

Each paid ticket provides a named QR ticket for the selected access type. The ticket is valid for one admission only and may not be duplicated, resold for commercial gain, or used fraudulently. The Organizer may verify the holder’s identity and refuse a copied, invalid, or previously used ticket.

Only QR tickets issued through the official event checkout are guaranteed to be valid. The purchaser must keep the QR code private and is responsible for any unauthorized use resulting from sharing or publicly displaying it.

• General Access begins at 10:00 and VIP Access begins at 09:00; access remains subject to venue capacity and safety checks.
• Entry is permitted only through designated entrances. Attendees must present their QR ticket and, when reasonably requested, an identity document.
• The Organizer or venue security may conduct reasonable security checks, including bag checks. Refusing a lawful security check may result in denied admission without refund.
• Children under 6 enter free with a paying adult and must remain supervised. Strollers are not permitted inside the venue.
• Minors remain under the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

A vendor booking includes the number of paid standard tables and named team tickets shown in the confirmation. Table locations are assigned by the Organizer and may be changed for operational or safety reasons.

Vendors act independently and are solely responsible for their merchandise, descriptions, prices, receipts or invoices, taxes, consumer obligations, intellectual-property compliance, and the safety and authenticity of every item they offer.

• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or rights-infringing goods are prohibited.
• The Organizer may inspect displayed merchandise and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, require an item to be removed immediately, suspend sales, or remove a vendor. No refund is due where the breach is attributable to the vendor.
• Vendors must keep their allocated space tidy, respect setup and closing times, and avoid obstructing aisles or neighboring tables.
• Reserved tables and team tickets may not be transferred, used by another seller, or sublet without the Organizer’s prior written approval.
• Commercial selling, active customer solicitation, product promotion, and advertising at the event are reserved for registered vendors and approved partners. Visitors may only buy from, sell to, or trade with registered vendors.

The applicable price, currency, quantity, and package are displayed before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A place is not reserved until payment is confirmed; an incomplete or failed payment does not create a booking.

The booking confirmation and QR tickets are sent to the purchaser’s email address. The purchaser must provide accurate details and contact the Organizer promptly if the confirmation is not received or contains an error.

Tickets and vendor bookings concern a leisure activity on a specific date. To the extent permitted by law, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

All sales are final. The Organizer does not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges, store credit, or transfers for a change of mind, inability to attend, travel disruption, late arrival, denied entry caused by a breach of these terms, reasonable program or layout changes, or postponement. If the event is postponed, the booking remains valid for the new date.

If the Organizer permanently cancels the event without offering an alternative, any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded remains available. Nothing in this no-refund policy limits mandatory consumer rights. The Organizer does not reimburse travel, accommodation, shipping, lost profit, or other indirect costs except where required by law.

Everyone must follow staff and venue instructions and behave safely and respectfully. Harassment, violence, theft, deliberate damage, unauthorized commercial activity, dangerous items, and unlawful conduct are prohibited. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal without refund.

Purchases and trades made directly between visitors and vendors are independent transactions. The Organizer is not a party to them and does not guarantee an item’s authenticity, condition, grading, value, or legality. Each party should inspect items and agree the transaction terms before completing it.

Attendees must promptly report hazards, fire, violence, theft, medical incidents, or suspicious activity to staff and cooperate with security, emergency services, and lawful evacuation instructions.

• Weapons, knives, explosives, pyrotechnics, illegal drugs, flammable materials, self-defense sprays, lasers, drones, and any object that could endanger people or property are prohibited.
• Unauthorized advertising materials, amplified sound systems, and professional sales equipment may not be brought in by visitors.
• Smoking and vaping must follow venue rules and applicable law. Access to staff-only, service, storage, and other restricted areas is prohibited.

The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the program, opening arrangements, exhibitors, table layout, access routes, or advertised activities where necessary for operations, safety, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If an event cannot proceed because of force majeure, authority restrictions, venue unavailability, a serious safety risk, or another circumstance outside the Organizer’s reasonable control, the cancellation or postponement rules above apply.

Access to the venue or a particular area may be temporarily paused when maximum permitted capacity is reached or when required for safety. The Organizer does not guarantee parking availability or a specific waiting time at the entrance.

Photography and filming may take place in public event areas for documentation and promotion. Anyone who does not wish to appear in this material should speak to event staff or contact the Organizer.

Attendees may take photographs and short recordings for personal, non-commercial use if they respect other people’s privacy and do not obstruct the event. Professional, commercial, live-streamed, or promotional recording requires prior written approval.

Booking data is processed to administer payment, issue and validate QR tickets, communicate event information, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain event security. Data is handled under applicable data-protection law and is shared only with service providers or authorities where necessary and lawful.

Attendees remain responsible for their money, products, devices, and personal belongings. The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by another attendee, vendor, or third party unless the loss results from the Organizer’s own fault and liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each attendee or vendor is responsible for damage they cause to the venue, the Organizer, another participant, or a third party. Event names, logos, graphics, and official materials may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by fault.

The terms accepted at checkout are the version recorded with the booking. Later changes do not retroactively alter an existing booking unless required by law or accepted by the purchaser.

Romanian law applies. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and may then be referred to the competent Romanian authorities or courts. Mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
